It's Hilarity on Wheels- It's XANADU!

XANADU is rolling right along at Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma's Plaza Theatre. We've had a great opening week, and we can't wait as even more Oklahomans get to see this spectacular show. Want a sneak peak? Take a look at this video!

Highlights from 2011

I've been feeling a bit nostalgic for Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma's 2011 season lately. 2011 was the first full season that I experienced as a Lyric employee, and I loved every minute of it- from the hijinx of BOEING BOEING, to the epic music and story of RAGTIME, to the grandeur and warmth of LYRIC'S A CHRISTMAS CAROL, the 2011 season had it all. But the 2012 season has even more, and I can't wait! I'm very excited to see the roller skating in XANADU, the passion of SPRING AWAKENING, and the amazing choreography of SWEET CHARITY.

You guys, I am the luckiest girl in the world. I got to watch the Boyz rehearse last night.

They danced, they sang, they did the wave- it was what every 15 (almost 16!) year old dreams of.

They even showed me their little play about how the Altar Boyz came to be! And let me tell you- It. Was. Awesome.

They Are The Altar Boyz!
