How to Enroll:
Download the 2012 Summer or Fall Enrollment Packet. Fill out the enrollment form and sign the Academy Liability Form and Academy Student Policy form.

Payment is due with registration.

Student Insurance Fee
There will be an automatic $4.00 insurance charge added to enrollment fees for new students enrolling for Summer/Fall 2012.
Cancellations
Summer Classes
If , for any reason, you should have to withdraw from camp or any other summer classes, the reimbursement policy is as follows:
Withdraw before April 27th : Full Tuition reimbursement
Withdraw before May 18th: ½ Tuition reimbursement
Withdraw on or after May 18th: No tuition reimbursement.
Fall Classes
If you cancel after your registration has been processed, up to and including the first class, Lyric will refund the amount paid less a $30 registration fee. No refunds are available to students who withdraw after the second class. If Lyric cancels any class due to insufficient enrollment, we will refund the full amount paid.
