Kris Todd

Kris Grimes is a native Oklahoman who is very thankful for her time across the United States as a performer, teacher, and arts administrator. After receiving her undergrad degree in Musical Theatre from OCU studying with Florence Birdwell, Kris worked as an actor, assistant director, and office assistant at the Beechwood Theatre Company in Newport,RI. After this Kris lived and worked in  NYC as an actor, arts manager, and Broadway theatre marketing and sales representative. She also toured the Midwest with A Christmas Carol, and performed with the NY Gilbert and Sullivan Players as a dancer. 

            Currently Kris hold a Masters from OCU in Musical Theatre where she studied vocal pedagogy and Shakespeare, along with voice and dance. She graduated with Honors and was on the Deans List every semester. She has taught and choreographed Master's Classes at Lyric Theatre, Cimmaron Circuit Opera, Light Opera Oklahoma, and Poteet Theatre.
