Academy Audition Workshop

Description:
The Academy is hosting an audition workshop for ages 8-18. The class will be limited to 20 participants however parents and anyone else interested in the audition process are encouraged to audit the workshop at no charge.

Each participant will receive immediate feedback and direction on their audition including choice of material , dress, headshot and resume as well as general advice on their presentation.

Each participant should prepare two selections of contrasting songs. You will be asked to sing 16 bars of your first selection and maybe asked to sing your second choice or both.

Immediately following the workshop, a dance workshop will be held for all attendees at no charge.  It will consist of a simple combination and feedback on how to prepare and participate in a dance audition.
