Internships
Lyric Theatre operates year-round and has full and part-time internships available throughout the year (fall, spring, and summer) in the following departments:
- Artistic Administration/casting
- Marketing/Public Relations
- Fundraising
- Production
- Education
Interns should be recent college graduates who are actively pursuing careers in theater or qualified junior or senior college students. Interns are treated as a vital part of Lyric Theaters' staff and gain valuable real-life work experience at a professional, nationally-renowned theater. Intern hours, while subject to change, are generally Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm. Full time & part time unpaid internships available. Housing is not provided.
To apply, please send a cover letter stating your goals and expectations for an internship position with Lyric Theatre, the department of interest (see list above), and the time period for which you would like to be considered. Also include a resume listing your educational background, work history, and theater/arts experience with references and a college transcript.
