Robert Matson

Robert Matson, Academy Administrator, is a local playwright, actor and director.  He recently performed with Lyric as the Child Catcher in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. He's also directed for Carpenter Square Theatre and The Pollard Theatre.   His writing credits include Drama Queens, Playground and the touring program, Oklahoma! Interactive.  Robert has also worked with Jewel Box, City Rep, Oklahoma Children’s Theatre and the Pollard.  He’s also a long time member of Individual Artists of Oklahoma.  Robert earned his Bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Northern Michigan University and his Master’s in Acting from Oklahoma City University.
